These terms summarize the app license and usage expectations for LofiHood. Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed, not sold.
License
LofiHood uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps unless a separate custom license is provided in App Store Connect. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Use of the app
You may use LofiHood on Apple-branded devices that you own or control as permitted by Apple's App Store usage rules. You are responsible for the audio files and URLs you import and for respecting any third-party rights that apply to that content.
Pro purchase
LofiHood Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited imported albums, URL and YouTube import, custom album artwork, global playback shortcuts, and advanced library controls. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Support and maintenance
LofiHood support is provided by the app developer, not Apple. Email khanhduyvt0101@gmail.com for product questions, bug reports, and support requests.
Third-party services
URL import depends on the availability and policies of the source service or server. LofiHood may not be able to import content if a service changes, blocks access, or does not provide a supported audio response.
Changes
These terms may be updated as LofiHood changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
