Common fixes
- Use the album manager to add local audio files or folders. Loose files become an imported album.
- Use direct audio URL import for direct audio URLs including MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF, and FLAC.
- You are responsible for the content you import, and remote services may change availability or policy.
- If Pro features do not unlock after purchase, open Pro features in the app and choose Restore Purchase.
- For the direct-download build, paste your Lemon Squeezy license key in the Pro window and choose Activate License.
- For direct-download updates, use the in-app update prompt or download the latest DMG from this website.
- If global shortcuts do not respond, check that another Mac app is not using the same key combination.
- If launch at login does not update, toggle the setting again after confirming macOS login item permission.
